Discuss Your Equipment Configuration
Bring the material, process and installation requirements together before finalizing a machine.
Configure a real series around the application
Configuration begins with an existing equipment family and a defined separation or transfer duty. The review distinguishes listed catalogue choices from requirements needing additional engineering; it does not imply that any requested design can be supplied.
| Configuration area | Input needed | Boundary to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Contact parts and screen medium | Material identity, exposure and cleaning | Specify components individually; a stainless grade is not universal compliance |
| Decks, screen and discharge arrangement | Accepted fractions, apertures and every collection stream | Check the real family limits and space for access |
| Feed/discharge interfaces | Layout, connection sizes, elevation and upstream/downstream behaviour | Do not infer pressure rating from enclosure |
| Drive, supply and controls | Voltage/frequency, location, interlocks and control role | Dosing accuracy or protection class requires an agreed design |
| Cleaning and service access | Changeover method, retained-product limits and removal space | No automatic CIP or sanitary-certification assumption |
Review, confirm and control changes
First identify the duty and catalogue family. Next review the proposed arrangement and unresolved engineering questions. Confirm the applicable drawing, component/material scope, interfaces and any inspection or trial criteria with the quotation. Record later changes against that agreed configuration so that the machine, drawing and documents remain aligned.
Special requirements require an explicit supply decision
Pressure, containment, reactive materials, inert atmospheres, hazardous-area protection and specialist cleaning require a project-specific capability and safety review. A material name, laboratory result or industry label does not establish that a standard catalogue machine includes these features.
