Industrial Screening & Sieving Equipment

Compare the movement, separation task and process interfaces across our screening, laboratory and conveying equipment.

Different materials. Different screening tasks.

Tumbling, circular vibration, linear movement and centrifugal sifting each present material to a screen differently. Start with the output you need, then compare a suitable series.

Choose equipment by the job it must do

Start with the accepted product and follow the relevant mechanism. These are candidate routes for application review, not guaranteed outputs for an unspecified material.

Specify decks, connections and output before a model

Two- or three-deck enquiries belong to a real series configuration, not a separate machine category. Show every accepted and rejected fraction. The YB catalogue lists up to five decks; other families have their own tables. A listed maximum is not the configuration included in a quotation.

  • For an inline or gravity-fed installation, send inlet/outlet elevations, connection sizes, upstream surges and access space. Enclosure does not establish a pressure rating.
  • For compact, continuous or high-output duties, define the footprint, sustained feed and accepted-product quality. A larger machine or higher feed rate alone does not demonstrate usable capacity.
  • For detergent or other formulated powders, identify chemistry, moisture, particle distribution and containment needs. The application must be reviewed, including contact materials and dust hazards.

Evaluate the supplier and the quotation

Compare the proposed model, construction, contact components, drawings and inspection/documentation scope. Price depends on the specified configuration and supply terms; there is no universal machine price or stock promise on this catalogue.
