Confirm which square-screen design is being quoted

Select the FYB square-screen series against its actual drive, screen-deck construction and dimensional drawing. When an enquiry also mentions FYBS, ask which structural and configuration differences apply to the quoted machines; a different catalogue name alone is not a performance comparison.

• Match the quotation model to the drawing and equipment photograph.
• Identify how each screen deck is secured and serviced.
• Ask the supplier to explain any actual structural distinction from FYBS.

Assess the proposed process layout

Square-screen arrangements need enough room for product outlets and the actual screen-access method. Specify whether the process requires one final cut or several graded streams. If a double-channel or other special arrangement is requested, its availability must be confirmed rather than inferred from the series name.

• Provide maximum installation length, width and height.
• List the particle cuts and destination of each stream.
• Keep acceptance criteria tied to the proposed configuration, not a generic square-screen description.

Match the FYB model to its deck and dimension entry

The FYB catalogue contains single-, double- and triple-deck entries, including duplicate source model labels with different drive/weight entries. Use the actual drawing and quotation to identify the arrangement; do not select a drive or foundation solely from an ambiguous label.
