SZF SERIES
SZF Linear Vibrating Screener
A linear material path for screening and grading powders and granules as part of a production line.
Equipment selection starts with your material, target separation and process conditions.
01
How the linear vibrating screening process works
Vibration motors move the material along a linear screening path. Fractions pass through the selected screen decks or continue to the corresponding outlets.
02
Define the separation task
Discuss the sample and operating conditions before finalizing the configuration.
- Continuous material handling
- Powder and granule grading
- Integration with feed and discharge equipment
03
Specify separation and travel as separate requirements
A linear-screen proposal must account for both the particle cut and movement towards the discharge. A long conveying path does not by itself prove a particular separation efficiency. Feed distribution across the screen width, the amount of near-aperture material and outlet positions should be reviewed together.
- Send particle-size distribution rather than only the largest particle.
- Describe whether the feed is wet, sticky, elongated or abrasive.
- Identify the finished fraction at each discharge.
04
Check the installation envelope
Prepare a plan showing the inlet, discharge chutes, supports and maintenance space. Structural and dynamic-load requirements must come from the selected machine drawing. A drawing for another SZF size should not be used as a foundation specification.
- State usable floor space and inlet/outlet elevation limits.
- Ask for access to the drive, screens and support components.
- Agree how screen condition and product fractions will be checked after a trial.
CONFIGURATION REVIEW
Specify the machine for the task.
| Selection item | Information to confirm |
|---|---|
| Series and catalogue reference | SZF Linear Vibrating Screener; match the proposed model to the table below. |
| Separation and screen arrangement | Define accepted/rejected fractions, aperture units and the deck arrangement for this duty. |
| Contact parts and interfaces | Agree screen medium, contact components, seals, connections and access. |
| Output and acceptance | Use defined material and quality conditions; catalogue dimensions do not guarantee output for every feed. |
Final technical values, dimensions and performance conditions are confirmed against the proposed equipment and application.
