S49-AC SERIES
S49-AC Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen
An ultrasonic-assisted vibrating sieve for discussing fine-powder screening and mesh-blinding challenges.
Equipment selection starts with your material, target separation and process conditions.
01
How the ultrasonic screening process works
An ultrasonic system applies high-frequency movement to the screen mesh in addition to the mechanical screening motion. Compatibility between screen, transducer and material is part of the configuration review.
02
Specify the mesh-assistance system, not only the screen body
The ultrasonic route adds a high-frequency assistance system to the mechanical screening movement. Ask for a matched generator, transducer and screen assembly for the material and aperture, rather than treating an S49 diameter as a complete ultrasonic specification.
- Identify the mesh-blinding problem and the point in the run when it develops.
- Request the generator and transducer identification for the proposed assembly.
03
Diagnose loss of open area first
An ultrasonic enquiry should describe what is blocking the mesh and when the problem occurs. Near-aperture particles, soft agglomerates, moisture and other causes may require different responses. Ultrasound is an additional screen configuration, not a universal replacement for preparation of a suitable feed.
- Send a photograph of the affected mesh and material when safe.
- Describe how output changes over the run rather than only at startup.
- State the screen aperture, mesh material and cleaning constraints.
04
Specify the matched screen system
Generator, transducer, screen construction and electrical installation must be evaluated as a compatible assembly. Do not assume an ultrasonic unit can be fitted to every existing mesh. A comparison with ordinary vibration should keep feed, aperture and sampling method constant.
- Confirm which screen frame and accessories are included.
- Record electricity supply and any hazardous-area requirement separately.
- Ask for trial observations and operating conditions before accepting an improvement percentage.
05
Are you buying a complete screen or a deblinding system?
The catalogue on this page describes the vibrating-screen platform and ultrasonic-assisted arrangement. It is not an interchangeable generator/transducer price list. A request for a separate ultrasonic deblinding unit, replacement component or retrofit needs an individual supply and compatibility confirmation.
| Purchase object | Information to provide | Supply / compatibility boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Complete ultrasonic-assisted screener | Material, target opening, feed, contact requirements and installation | Confirm the matched mesh assembly, generator and transducer included in the quotation |
| Deblinding system for an existing screen | Screen model, frame/mesh construction, dimensions and existing hardware | Do not assume retrofit fit or separate supply from a similar appearance |
| Replacement generator, transducer or screen assembly | Original identification, electrical/interface details and photographs | Confirm the supported component combination before ordering |
06
Read the shared mechanical tables in context
The S49 tables below describe the mechanical platform carried in the ultrasonic catalogue. They do not state ultrasonic-generator power or establish the finished assembly envelope. Review the mechanical base on the S49 page and obtain the complete ultrasonic assembly drawing for the quotation.
CONFIGURATION REVIEW
Specify the machine for the task.
| Selection item | Information to confirm |
|---|---|
| Observed mesh restriction | Describe adhesion, lodged particles or agglomerates, with the aperture and material condition; do not assume every restriction has the same cause. |
| Generator, transducer and screen | Request the proposed matched assembly and screen-fixing details; distinguish generator information from the mechanical vibration-motor table. |
| Comparison under the same feed | Define feed preparation, aperture, accepted product and observation period for the trial; record blinding as well as separation quality. |
| Cleaning and replacement interface | Confirm how the assisted mesh is inspected, cleaned and replaced on the quoted assembly, including the required connections and access. |
Final technical values, dimensions and performance conditions are confirmed against the proposed equipment and application.
