Make quality requirements traceable to the proposed equipment
A useful quality review connects each requirement to the supplied machine or component. Identify the model, drawing revision, screen specification, contact components and agreed acceptance checks. A generic company certificate is not a substitute for evidence about the actual supplied configuration.
Agree the inspection and record scope

Understand the scope of certificates and company documents
The existing company archive includes an attestation image referring to machinery/EMC requirements, a company credit-rating image and Chinese trademark-registration images. These documents serve different purposes. Small archived images do not establish current validity, applicability to every model or compliance of a particular installation.

Request project-specific documentation
List any required material certificates, inspection reports, analytical sieve verification, electrical documents or special compliance requirements before the configuration is quoted. Availability and scope need to be confirmed for the actual equipment. We do not present an illustrative checklist as an issued certificate or test report.
Use a consistent identification chain
A practical document register records the order/reference, model, drawing revision, relevant component or sieve identifiers, document title/version and the requirement it supports. Agree the actual deliverable list with the team; it is not safe to assume every catalogue machine includes the same documents.
